Quality and durability are certainly inherent in this top-of-the-line treadmill, but the automobile design is the thing. The design stays true to the illusion in every detail. You start the treadmill's operation with an ignition key. You increase speed with a red-knobbed gear shift, and there's an identical gear shift to control the level of incline. Add to this a built-in six-disc CD player and it's "zoom, zoom, zoom." Landice has been making quality, top rated treadmills since 1978. This is a remarkable feat considering the fact that they only make treadmills. Landice has been American made since their inception and have never strayed from what has made them a Consumer Reports #1 Overall pick for 4 years in a row as well as a top pick from Runners World, Consumer Guide and many other top rated consumer review magazines. While the temptation exists to capitalize on their success and go for the huge profit, Landice have never chosen that route.
